GTCHANNEL access terms
These terms are intentionally short and operational. They describe the current rules for using the private GTCHANNEL portal.
Invitation-only access
The panel is not public. Access is only available to approved users created internally by the GT Channel team.
Account rules
You must sign in with the approved email attached to your account. If Google sign-in is enabled, the Google account must match that same approved email.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for not sharing access with third parties.
Portal data and payouts
The portal shows operational payout data, billing details and monthly statements generated from internal reporting. Some figures can change before a period is finalized if imports, terms or adjustments need correction.
Once a period is closed internally, historical records are kept as snapshots instead of being silently recalculated.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your payment profile accurate and updated in time for payout operations. Missing or incorrect billing data can delay payment processing.
Service control
GT Channel may suspend, revoke or limit access if an account is inactive, no longer approved, misused or required for operational or security reasons.
