GTCHANNEL privacy summary
This panel is a private workspace used to operate creators, channels, monthly revenue imports and payouts. This page keeps the privacy copy aligned with what the product actually does today.
What data we use
We process approved account data such as name, email, role and session details, plus creator, channel, revenue, payout, billing and audit information required to run the network.
Billing details are only collected when needed for payouts. Sensitive payment data is masked in the interface and stored encrypted where applicable.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate approved users, show each creator their own portal data, calculate monthly payouts, manage incidents and keep an internal audit trail of sensitive changes.
Who can see it
Creators only see their own portal information. Internal admins and finance users can access the operational data needed to manage the network. Talent managers are stored as internal records and do not get a login by default.
Access model
There is no public signup. Access is limited to approved emails in the internal allowlist. Login can also be limited to the exact Google account that matches the approved email.
